Biography
Cherry is a shy, kind and hyper pony. She can be hesitant when meeting with or interacting with new ponies, especially in situations that could end up putting her in the spotlight. As a filly, she was often bullied for reasons such as her race (being half-zebra), as well as being shy. Eventually, this affected her interaction with others and damaged her social life in the long run, even after the bullying stopped. She has a fair amount of anxiety which can manifest itself in her magic- when she's scared or anxious, her magic can go haywire, overriding what spell she was casting to instead cast a barrier around herself to protect her from harm.
Cherry is very patient, and thinks that's a very important quality as that's what leads her in life. She believes life to better with time, and that's what keeps her head above water even in the darkest of times- shes knows everything will be better in the end.
Additional Information
-She is well known for her sense of kindness towards those whom she cares about and even those she doesn't know. Her kindness is very noticeable although it does show often weakness in her. For example when she attempts to be kind only to be turned away from. Her dedication to her talent, being art, is also the same dedication that she gives to protect those she finds worth protecting. Her high sense of patience has been with her through thick and thin and has been what keeps her going in life.
-She has a pet starspider named Astral, who is always hiding within her mane.
Abilities
Defensive Abilities- Cherry's magic is currently only defensive. She can make barriers around herself and others, and can accidentally trigger a shield around herself when she feels threatened or anxious. She can force herself to hold a strong shield, but the stronger the shield and the longer it is held the more energy it takes. If she expends too much energy, she could get a headache, or even fall unconscious.
Basic Magic- She knows how to levitate objects, like most unicorns.
