Biography
Blair was born into a higher class family lineage. The Fairbairns care very much about being Fairbairn, and their family image is quite everything. Blair has never been one to care for the family crest or how its perceived, but out of habit she is quick to leap to its defense. Her relationship with her parents is rocky at best. Once, Blair had a warm and loving relationship with her father. Then, her birth mother died when she was still a filly, and since then the two have only treated each other coldly. Not too long after the passing of her mother, her dad remarried. While his new wife is honestly a sweet mare just trying her best, Blair can't bring herself to like her or her father for their union. Blair’s stepmom often tries to reach for a relationship with her, which Blair only pushes away and only strains their relationship even more.
She is the middle child of seven children, with three older siblings and three younger half siblings. Blair finds her younger siblings to be nagging and untrustworthy, so she often avoids them if she can. Her older siblings are her closest family, in opposite. The older three slowly began to leave the home and search for their own lives outside of it, leaving Blair as the last one standing in a cold empty house- he black sheep of her family.
In terms of friendships, Blair is open to them if others are okay to put up with her cold responses and blank stares. When she was in her early to mid teens, Blair made her first friends, friends that would stay by her side even now- Milo, Prince, and Cazziel. How they met she can't recall, but for whatever reason she still forever stands beside them. Unfortunately for her, she became the mom friendâ„¢ despite her wishes, mostly because the three are constantly stirring up unnecessary trouble to her dismay.
As in the way she acts, Blair is a cold and closed off mare. Her facial expressions are nigh impossible to decode, as she only seems to have the same one. She speaks in a monotone voice as well. Blair began this facade as a filly after her mother passed, as instead of trying to grieve with her emotions she would shut them off entirely and struggles with letting them free again. Blair is still considered a mischievous and playful pony however, and was noted as the tricky sibling till the younger twins came along. She enjoys making people guess her emotions, guess if she's bluffing, guess what she's thinking.
Blair has an absolute fascination with the most dangerous of creatures. It is one of the only things she is able to let her guard down about, and when the topic is at hand Blair seems to be an excitable and hyper individual. This stemmed from when she was around a young teen and accompanied her eldest sibling on some journey outside of their hometown. On such an adventure, the two encountered a beast. Almost on an instant, Blair fell in love. After such she devoted the majority of her days where she would hide from her step mom and little siblings tucked away in books to prepare. Any chance she could take to go chase danger she would. In one life changing moment, Blair found a purpose and she was not going to let it go. She would reach and follow it till the was no longer able, and even then she would push to her limits to find them.

- Blair has a snake that goes the length of her hoof to her shoulder. It's name is
Cnáimh, which is just the Scottish Gaelic word for bone. The serpent fits within her realms of fascinatingly odd, as it should be expected to be. It is a reanimated skeleton lacking in the organs, blood, muscles, or venom of that of a live snake. Cnáimh attends to her every beck and call, but has a mischievous temperament.
- Cunning and wit have always been her strong suit, applied to further her whims (and sometimes make the occasional prank on a friend) more than out of general curiosity and intelligent discovery. Blair has her ambitions as any other mare as well. Or as any other mare with a fascination for the dangerous might. She wishes to be a masterful tamer of peculiar monstrosities, if not simply the best in the field.
Abilities
Levitation- Seemingly the only thing spell wise this mare has practiced and excels at. Her other studies lack in focus and dedication, but Blair is still quite talented with the simple levitation charm. She can temporarily lift something around than her own size, and float them about a foot in each direction at maximum. Blair developed this skill from constantly picking up her other pets that reside at her home.
Animal Handling - Blair is very gifted with all sorts of animals, being able to understand them and their needs despite a lack of verbal communication. Animals are often fond of her as she is of them. Large beasts and creatures that are more monster than animal are the things she not only likes most but it's best at. She has little fear when dealing with them.
