Biography
Delilah is a sweet mare who can come off as kind of aloof, but despite that- she is a caring pony with a deep well of kindness. She yearns for the season of Hearthswarming over all holidays, largely because of the snow and the beautiful lights that decorate Equestria around this time. She aims for making her friends happy, and she likes supporting them to the best of her abilities. Delilah loves making gifts for her friends, and she puts lots of effort and time into making each and every one of them them feel special. Of course, as a newcomer just enrolling into SSSfGU, Delilah feels rather lonely as she's yet to make any new friends.
As a young teen, Delilah's mother left the household and died soon after, leaving the young mare alone with nopony to raise her. Due to this trauma, she has developed abandonment issues, trust issues, and anxiety when she's exposed to chaotic situations she can't control. Unfortunately, she can be clingy to anypony who seems to be her friend, which includes toxic individuals who can take advantage of her kindness. After her mother died, she became bent on giving others the maternal love she so lacked, not wanting anypony to go through what she had gone through.
Of course, she tries hard to remain open and friendly, which is why she offers hugs and makes gifts for ponies on the regular. Sadly, a nagging paranoia remains in Delilah that the ponies she associates with don't actually like her, and that they're going iot leave her just as her mother did. Hopefully, she will make many loving friends this semester!
Additional Information
-Delilah is a very soft and kind soul, who relishes in the warmth of her friends! She is very loyal, and would never intentionally do anything to upset them. She is also very hardworking, and she works especially hard when preparing for Hearthswarming!
Abilities
Jack of All Trades- Delilah in general is not exceptional in any one field, but has dabbled in a number of things, and can pick up little tidbits well.
Hobbies- Delilah enjoys psychology, weather studies, sewing, bracelet making, doodling, decorating, and knitting
