Biography
Galaxy Star was born and raised in Canterlot to an upper class family. Her father was a Reeve, in charge of looking over the city of Canterlot. Galaxy is the middle child with an older brother and a younger adopted sister. Growing up in a family of prestigious unicorns, Galaxy expressed an interest in magic. Her parents pushed her to dive into her studies and apply to Starswirl’s School.
Most days Galaxy can be found in her family’s garden practicing spells and reading about relics. She spends most of her time outdoors with her sister and mother, enjoying their company as she studies. When Galaxy was still learning, her father would hold magic battles between the unicorn siblings and himself. Platinum was cunning, quick, and didn’t play by the rules. These battles taught Galaxy to use critical thinking skills and analyze her components for any underlying weaknesses.
While Galaxy’s skills of scrutinizing ponies gave her leverage in competitive, it made it very hard on first impressions with new potential friends. She has good intentions and a kind spirit, but also has some tough walls. She doesn’t like talking about her family or the tragedy that struck them.
Galaxy’s favorite things are Galas, study groups, new friendships, adventures, and some good old competition!
Abilities
Plant Regeneration- Her strongest spell is this one, allowing her to heal wilted flowers. It's a very draining spell that she mostly uses as a party trick.
