Biography
Krystal was born into a wealthy family from Canterlot. Her mother originally hailed from Canterlot, but her father came from Manehatten. Both ponies had their own riches stemming from their personal businesses. Her mother ran a jewelry shop in Canterlot, with her father's company being based in Manehattan- thus he was not around near enough for Krystal to get to know the stallion.
At the age of 5, her mother stopped working and decided to stay at home and tend to Krystal. Krystal always went to school, but she didn't like it very much as her lack of cutimark got her called 'blank flank'. She would always use what spare time she had to try and find her cutiemark, and only found success when finding interest in collecting diamonds- something her mother approved greatly of.
Something happened when she was the age of 15. Her parents got into a fight with one another, and eventually the two broke up, which left Krystal deeply upset. She's pushed that nightmare behind her, and wishes to continue looking on the bright side.
Until the age of 16, her mother had asked her to continue working the jewelry shop, but she was not interested. The problem grew as Krystal did, as she was unable to find a job that suited her. Instead, she decided she wanted to study magic until the age of 19, deciding to move to Manehattan until something caught her eye. Seeing a flyer for SSSfGU, she was intrigued and wanted to go to study magic further. Her mother and friends encouraged her to go, but the plan wasn't set into motion until she reached the age of 21, finally having the chance to apply to the school.
Additional Information
- Krystal is extroverted and is never afraid to make friends, though she likes having a foundation of conversation first. While extroverted, she's still a calm and fun pony to be around, loyal to those she cares for, and always works to cheer up anypony who seems to be feeling down.
-She loves finding things new, and puts her resourceful and quick witted mind to use in delving into new subjects.
Abilities
Basic Magic- She can use levitation as most unicorns can, and has basic wards.
Athleticism- She's athletic and has excellent endurance from her time spent outside.
