Biography
She's a small and fluffy light yellow unicorn with a few bat pony traits, which include tiny fangs and fluff on the tips of her ears. She has rainbow markings with a light blue rose in the middle, which is the same colour as her eyes. She has very fluffy and curly pink mane and tail on a long tail. Sometimes wears a rainbow rose hairpin/band.
Her hat, that she almost always wears, is dark blue, with a light blue fluff in the end and blue ribbons around. It also has holes for her ears. Her hat is enchanted to have light shining on the inside, but it reacts strongly to her emotions. When she's really happy it shines light, or when she's very sad it starts to rain a bit(the effects stay around her face/mane). These only happen with strong emotions.
Rosalie was born to a unicorn father and bat pony mother, taking mostly after her father. She has an older sister Bianca who she's pretty close with, but can't see very often because when their father had to move to the city because of work and took her with him while Bianca stayed in their old house near a forest with her mother because of her health. The start in the city was a bit hard and made her wear her hat all the time, but overall she had a pretty happy childhood, filled with lots of laughter and playing and visits to her mother and sister.
While spending her time with her mother she spent a lot of time playing in the nature, thanks to which she one day got her cutiemark-a blue rose. She was a bit bummed because she had had enough of roses, but she learned that she was pretty good at understanding what exactly the plants need and creating the perfect weather conditions for them to grow in.
As she has just finished school, she started looking for a better place to practice her magic in, since she wasn't very good at other types of magic than weather and emotional. Her parents told her about Starswirl's, hoping that she would learn to manage and accept her emotions better and expand her magic.
Additional Information
-Rosalie is a small, energized girl who can be quite impatient. Rosalie is not the brightest, so she has a hard time learning from a book and instead learns better practically- but when she's set her mind on doing something then she carries through ‘til the end. She is quite friendly and would rather talk about others’ problems than her own. She usually tries to ignore her problems (especially when she feels like others might be judging her) though she unknowingly shows her ever changing emotions pretty easily.
-The mare enjoys spending time with plants who she can understand a little better and care after by creating miniature weather changes. She also likes to eat, and is filled with boundless energy. She doesn't actually like roses very much, but doesn't really mention it because she thinks it's silly and is a little afraid of the dark, so she usually sleeps with her hat on so there's a little light.
-When she gets nervous, she tends to giggle to try to calm herself down. This came from the times when her sister used to tickle her to take her mind off negative thoughts. Recently she has started to see this as something weird and tries to contain herself but usually a few giggles still manage to escape, which she will be mortified for for a while.
Abilities
Weather Magic- Rosalie can produce small controlled spots of weather, around the size of an average coffee table. Herbology- Rosalie is skilled in understanding the needs of plants.
