Biography
Io was born as the third child into a high-class family. He has two older sisters, Ganymede and Callisto, and a younger brother, Europa. Io was born with little magic, often making him insecure. Despite this, Io always had a good spirit and came across as a happy pony. After a while of being made fun of by his siblings and others around him, Io needed help accepting himself and his lack of magic.
Eventually, he began to find a way to distract himself from these insecurities; jewels and precious stones. Io always wears the golden choker around his neck, as it shows his high status. However, as he became more and more interested in jewels, he wore more flashy jewelry. Now, he wears some jewels around his horn, bull horns, and tail. He also had golden plates on his back hooves.
Personality-wise, Io is a very happy spirited pony. He loves making friends, however, he doesn’t trust easily. Despite this, Io can eventually build up trust with others if he believes they deserve it. Io is also easy to anger, especially if he is teased about his lack of magic. Io is also very caring and respectful to others, but he can often come across as slightly controlling because of his background.
In negative situations, that side of him fades and he becomes more quiet and comforting.

-Io and his siblings are all named after the moons of Jupiter. His last name is the name of a comet that orbits near Jupiter.
- Io does not have a pet as of now, however his family has several types of birds they use to send letters. Io may choose to keep one at the school at a later date.
Abilities
Gem Literate- Io is very good at identifying different gems and stones, due to his studies of them. Io is great at making jewelry from precious stones and jewels, but he doesn’t do this often for others
Basic Magic- Io can levitate small things, and cast basic spells like any other unicorn would.
Astronomy- Io can identify stars and planets rather well, as this is important in his culture and home
Speed Reader- Io is a very strong reader and can read fairly fast

Biography
Starry is not one to talk about her past or where she came from. She does have a few friends that know her story, however, they have agreed to keep quiet. Starry is often found mumbling things that don’t really make sense, making others question her.
About a year ago, Starry and her friends Ambrose and Jewel (other students) wound up in Canterlot after an "incident" that prevented Starry from getting home. This event also caused her special necklace to crack. The necklace, being magical, now releases magic at random times, and this has caused Starry to put it inside a box for protection. Occasionally, Starry will take the necklace out, but only when she feels it is safe.
Starry is a kind pony, often caring about others, even if they despise her. She is a friendly pony and is almost always volunteering to help some pony out. Although she is slightly bossy, Starry is a natural-born leader and loves taking charge. Starry is a smart and intelligent pony, often reading in her spare time. While she can be talkative, Starry can also listen very well to others, although she sometimes doodles or fidgets while listening.
Starry is not yet 19: but will instead turn 19 on June 25th.
Starry's life was tragically lost in the Lunar Maze. The mare is survived by her loving friends.
Additional Information
-Starry has a pet leopard gecko. Her pet, Athena, can't do magic, but is very good at getting lost if let out of sight. Athena eats crickets, which are kept in a box until they are fed to her.
-Starry has many dislikes, but probably the greatest dislike she has is for fruit. She is often avoiding it, only ever eating apples, but even that is rare. She will say she is “allergic” to fruits, but says this only to avoid having to eat or touch them.
-If not in her school uniform, Starry wears a cape over her back. She feels more comfortable this way, especially if the cape has a hood. She will read, draw, or write with the hood over her head as if she doesn’t want to be noticed. This is a strange habit, but she does this with blankets if she doesn’t have her cape on.
-Starry has been known to do a few things while sleeping. These include talking, singing, and occasional snoring. She is also known to have vivid dreams, causing her to wake up in the middle of the night. Some of these dreams, ones that she remembers, are put into her dream log. She keeps the dream log away from where others will find it.
-Starry is sometimes an organization freak. If any of her notes are not in order, or her notebooks aren’t stacked in the right order, she will take time just to fix it. The only thing that's really messy is the drawings she scatters around her area. If she has a desk to herself, she leaves these all over, for “quick finding,” as she says.
-Starry’s biggest fear, besides being abandoned and rockslides, is the dark. If she finds herself in complete darkness, she will close her eyes. However, this is only if it is pitch black. If there is some light, Starry can cope with the darkness and continue on.
Abilities
Drawing- Starry is often found sketching and drawing things. Some of these things are strange looking, but Starry often draws them anyway. She has a small drawing pad that she will bring with her to some classes, often drawing things and taking notes from the lesson.
Defensive Spells- If there is a time where a defensive spell is needed, Starry can often be found performing this spell. She can do a variety of spells, including shields, spells shot at opponents, and a few other spells. However, she is often found protecting others rather than fighting.
Writing- Starry has been writing small stories for a while now. While some stories might once become books, others are simply to get her thoughts down. She is very cautious and does not share them with others easily unless she knows she can trust them.
Helping Hoof- Starry is a very helpful pony, volunteering for a number of things. She doesn’t care if there is a reward or not, she does it anyway. She does anything, from helping clean to helping others with their schoolwork(not doing it completely).
Leadership- Starry is a pony that can often be found wanting to lead. While slightly bossy at times, she is a natural born leader and rises up to the occasion. She listens to the input of others, as she believes no one should feel left out.
